Due to more people getting on board with email invitations we don't have to stuff as many envelopes (YAY!!). So our stuffing party has been cancelled. Thanks everyone for volunteering! Happy Holidays!

Last year MOSCDC contributed so many volunteers (these are just some of the many who volunteered pictured above) that the Navy-Marine Corps Ball Committee was able to accomplish what in the past normally took two days down to one!

I’m speaking of course of the NMC Ball Committee Invitation stuffing party which will take place on December 18, 2015. We're looking again this year to have a large number of MOSCDC spouses volunteer for what I know will turn out to be a fun day! Just as last year this is more of a party, the invitation chairs are turning this task into something fun! It will be a fun way to help out a GREAT cause, eat some delicious food and share time with some fabulous Navy and Marine Corps spouses.

TIME: 10:00AM - 4:00PM

WHERE: ARLINGTON (address provided upon registration, look to the bottom of the registration confirmation email)

RSVP BY DECEMBER 16, 2015

Lunch will be provided and we ask that you please let us know within the registration if you will be able to stay or not. This is for planning purposes and we really appreciate it.

If you would still like to mail in a paper registration form you may download the mail in form here, manually fill it out, and mail it to our reservations chair to the address located on the form. Please be aware that all paper reservation forms fall under the same RSVP cutoff date as do the online reservations so please be sure it arrives on or before that stated cutoff date.

What if I have to cancel my reservation?
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW!
100% of your registration fee is refundable if you cancel prior to the RSVP date listed above. AFTER the RSVP date has past, money cannot be refunded. Please email the MOSCDC Reservations Chair immediately upon finding out that you have to cancel your reservation. Thank you.
