Details: Let's get Grounded while strengthening our "Inner Gumby." New to yoga? This class is perfect for you! More advanced? Come learn something new. Our teacher, Marion, and all the yoga teachers at MSA are great at modifying/offering options for all Levels during your practice. Your First Class is Free.

Metropolitan School of the Arts is a wonderful place for adult yoga classes. Grounded Coffee Shop is a short 5 minute drive, and has been in business for over 10 years. Grounded is a great place to grab a homemade pastry, muffin, soup, salad or sandwich.

Yoga Sign-in: 10:45 am
Slow Vinyasa Flow/Gentle Yoga: 11 am -12 pm
Coffee at Grounded: 12:15pm -1 pm or later
