  • Hillwood Estate & Garden Private Tour

    Join MOSCDC for an exclusive experience at the Hillwood Estate, Museum & Gardens, featuring private, expert-led tours of both the mansion and the gardens. At 10:00 a.m., Thomas Wu, Assistant Curator of European Decorative Arts, will lead our group through a private one-hour tour of the mansion, sharing insights into the interiors, collections, and the lifestyle of Marjorie Merriweather Post.

    At 11:30 a.m., Jessica Bonilla, Director of Horticulture, will guide us on a private hour-long garden tour, beginning at the mansion's motor court. Explore the design, history, and vibrant seasonal plantings across the estate's 13 acres of formal gardens.

    After the tours, feel free to enjoy lunch at Hillwood’s Merriweather Café, open for full-service dining from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome. Attendees may also leisurely explore the Greenhouse, cutting gardens, museum, and grounds on their own before and after the tour. Don’t miss this special opportunity to experience Hillwood with the experts!

    Arrive at time of reservation. Carpooling is strongly encouraged!.
