MOSCDC will honor the legacy of our founder, Mrs. Edythe Hill, by organizing a 70th Anniversary celebration where spouses come together to build lasting friendships. We want to create a warm and supportive community that embodies the values she championed. In 2023, at our traditional Welcome Aboard, we will commemorate this milestone and rededicate ourselves to serving military spouses and their families throughout the years to come.
