Book: The Mayflower by Rebecca Fraser

2021 marks 400 years since the voyage of the Mayflower, the founding of Plymouth Colony, and the first Pilgrim festival in 1621 that we now celebrate on the fourth Thursday in November: Thanksgiving! In honor of this anniversary, MOSCDC will read The Mayflower by Rebecca Fraser.

According to Amazon, "The Mayflower is an intensely human portrait of the Winslow family written with the pace of an epic. Rebecca Fraser details domestic life in the seventeenth century, the histories of brave and vocal Puritan women and the contradictions between generations as fathers and sons made the painful decisions which determined their future in America."

Cost: There is no cost to join, but each participant is responsible for purchasing/obtaining his or her own copy of this book.
