I love spring anywhere, but if I could choose I would always greet it in a garden.

Greet spring with MOSCDC as we explore the US National Arboretum via a guided walking tour. Established in 1927 by an Act of Congress. the Arboretum is administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Research Service. Wear your comfiest shoes, keep your smart phone handy, and prepare to stroll 446 acres with 9.5 miles of winding roadways with over 171 volunteers, working in all areas of the Arboretum. During our visit, the previously closed National Bonsai & Penjing Museum will be open. Don't forget to bring your blanket and basket because we'll also be enjoying a post-stroll picnic near the National Grove of State Trees.
