Each Board Member is responsible for filling out and submitting the attached Monthly Meeting Report to Amy Webb our Recording Secretary, by Monday, January 5th, 2026.

In the subject line please put "Board Report for 01/08 Meeting Agenda" and use bullet points for your agenda with your monthly report.

If you have nothing to pass, please check the box where indicated and we will bypass your position to make the most of our time together.
